  • What type of contract is your heating care plan?

The contract is fixed for a minimum term of 1 year.

  • What if I need to cancel my contract during the term?

We like to be flexible where we can so if you need to cancel your contract, please refer to the terms and conditions for further information.

  • What if I need more than 2 call outs per annum?

If additional call outs are needed for unrelated faults then we do charge £90 for the first 1.5 hours. If the fault takes longer than 1.5 hours to fix then we will charge our usual rates. Please visit our rates page for more information.

  • How do I book a call out?

  • When is the call out fee payable?
